The inception of 'Crust & Crafters' was rooted in one simple vision: to introduce the genuine taste of Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our little pizza shop has its foundations within a family-managed backdrop, boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the torchbearer of our establishment, mastered the pizza-craft on her Italian sojourns, being mentored by Neapolitan pizza connoisseurs. Upon her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the quintessence of Italian pizza, applying age-old techniques with top-tier materials.
From what started as a quaint 12-seater pizzeria, we've now flourished into a celebrated local icon, yet our resolve for superior quality and genuine flavors remains unaltered. We persist in utilizing traditional wood-fired ovens, ensuring our dough is made afresh each day, and procuring exemplary ingredients.
Continuing as a family-led venture, 'Crust & Crafters' now sails under the stewardship of the Rossi progeny who leads our enthusiastic crew. Although modern advancements have been adopted, the essence of our business stays untouched: producing scrumptious, real pizza that draws folks together.
